Having taken some time off since the USARA Nationals- where we did not do ourselves justice, I fear- we are now back in training with our first race of the season looming- the challenging Big Chill 24 hour race, put on by Too Cool Racing http://www.toocoolracing.com/ .  The weather plays a significant part in the challenge of this race as it is often that terrible combination of wet and cold that eats into the core.
